Location in Tirol was perfect for our New Year's vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel had a nice playground area for kids, which was great for our little ones to play and have fun.
The coffee served during breakfast wasn't very impressive, it was a real coffee express so they can improve in that area. , the swimming pool was sometimes reserved for a couple of hours which made it inconvenient for us to use it.

During my city break in Tirol, I enjoyed the perfect location of the hotel, which allowed easy access to many attractions in the area. The hotel staff was also very pleasant and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. the hotel had a nice playground for kids that kept my little ones entertained.
I was disappointed that the swimming pool was sometimes reserved, making it unavailable during certain periods. the poor quality of coffee at breakfast was a letdown.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The hotel facilities were great and the room was spotless. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with easy access to transportation.

The location of this hotel was simply perfect for our holiday in the Tyrol region. From the hotel, we were only a short distance away from many beautiful attractions, including stunning hiking trails and picturesque villages. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay that much more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom that was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was good quality with lots of options to choose from and for an additional fee, we were able to enjoy a cup of real espresso. We were also grateful for the free use of the swimming pool and playground, which were great facilities for families.
We were not always able to enjoy the hotel's swimming pool due to certain hours being reserved. However, this did not detract too much from our overall positive experience.
